Enerji Depolama ve Esneklik<\/h3>\n<p>Lityum-iyon batarya teknolojilerindeki maliyet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <b>batarya enerji depolama sistemleri<\/b> (BESS) yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmektedir. Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu\u2019nun (EPDK) 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 depolama y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi, r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f santrallerine ba\u011fl\u0131 depolama tesislerinin kurulumuna h\u0131z kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu inovasyon, \u015febeke frekans reg\u00fclasyonu ve pik y\u00fck y\u00f6netiminde <b>yerel esneklik<\/b> sa\u011flayarak, ithal do\u011fal gaza olan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>1.3. Dijital Ticaret Platformlar\u0131 ve Blokzincir<\/h3>\n<p>Geleneksel <b>G\u00fcn \u00d6ncesi Piyasas\u0131<\/b> (G\u00d6P) ve <b>Dengeleme G\u00fc\u00e7 Piyasas\u0131<\/b> (DGP) d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, <b>e\u015fler aras\u0131 (P2P) enerji ticareti<\/b> konsepti test edilmektedir. \u00d6zellikle \u0130stanbul ve Ankara\u2019daki pilot projelerde, blokzincir tabanl\u0131 <b>ak\u0131ll\u0131 kontratlar<\/b> kullan\u0131larak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00fcreticilerin (\u00e7at\u0131 GES) fazla enerjisini do\u011frudan t\u00fcketicilere satmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Bu yenilik, piyasa \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmakta ve i\u015flem maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Pazar Talebi: Sanayile\u015fme, Elektrifikasyon ve Demografik Fakt\u00f6rler<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1. End\u00fcstriyel ve Konut Talebi<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik t\u00fcketimi, 2024 verilerine g\u00f6re 330 TWh seviyesini a\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, \u00f6zellikle demir-\u00e7elik, kimya ve otomotiv gibi enerji yo\u011fun sekt\u00f6rlerde talep art\u0131\u015f\u0131 devam etmektedir. <b>Elektrikli ara\u00e7 (EV) \u015farj altyap\u0131s\u0131<\/b> ve <b>\u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131<\/b> kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde pik talebi yaz aylar\u0131nda %15\u2019e kadar art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketlerinin <b>talep taraf\u0131 y\u00f6netimi<\/b> (DSM) \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>2.2. Yenilenebilir Enerji Kapasite Art\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>2025 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te yenilenebilir enerji pay\u0131 %55\u2019i a\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi (GES) ve r\u00fczgar enerjisi (RES) kurulumlar\u0131, devlet destekleri (YEKDEM) ve <b>ye\u015fil sertifika<\/b> (I-REC) piyasas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesiyle h\u0131zlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak, de\u011fi\u015fken \u00fcretim profili, <b>\u015febeke esneklik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131<\/b> art\u0131rmakta ve depolama \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerine olan talebi tetiklemektedir. Piyasa analiti\u011fi, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 30 GW\u2019\u0131 a\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3. Talep Tahmininde Veri Analiti\u011fi<\/h3>\n<p>Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri, <b>makine \u00f6\u011frenmesi<\/b> ve <b>yapay sinir a\u011flar\u0131<\/b> kullanarak saatlik talep tahmin modelleri geli\u015ftirmektedir.
